When renting a bike there is no deposit required if you are not renting a room from us. Any scratch, dents or damage to the bike will be noted on your contract. If you return the bike and it has damage on it you are 100% responsible and must cover the charges of the estimated repairs.  If for some reason the repairs are less then what you have given for the repair that money will be given as a credit for your next booking. We do not play games with the condition of our bikes as we keep them in very fine condition. Please inspect your bike at the time of rental. All breaks are adjusted often as well as oil and transmission oil.  The customer is responsible for all repairs to the bike and the time needed to make the repairs. Customer is required to report any damage to the bike when it happens. Customer is responsible for replacement costs the bike if the bike is stolen or beyond repair.
